What kind of practice do you need?

Ashtanga Yoga

GENTLE YOGA FLOW

This is the perfect class for beginning students who want to learn the fundamental poses in yoga, as well as seasoned students, who are looking for a more gentle practice.  In this class, we move in and out of poses slowly, with  strong focus on safe alignment,  and breath. Gentle Yoga Flow classes will allow you to develop strength, mindfulness and flexibility over time.  There will be extra attention to detail, with occasional hands ­on assists, helping you to find a little more ease and comfort in your practice


-Great for those just starting out!

- Gentle, slow movements.

- Longer pose holds.

-Breath work.

- Great for de-stressing as well as gaining flexibility.

- Perfect for any level!

YIN YOGA 

Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory and stress management. Most of the postures will be in a seated position, with a focus on the lower body.Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better.

- Easy, mindfullness class.

- Very slow movements.

- Great for lower torso mobility issues.

-Mostly takes place in seated postures.

- Great for gaining flexibility.

- Perfect for any level!

VINYASA YOGA 

‘Vinyasa’ means to link breath and movement.   Focus is on balance, power, flow, flexibility, alignment, and of course breath work! Whether you are looking to develop union of the body, breath and mind, improve your metabolism and circulation, or strengthen your cardiovascular system, you will leave feeling stronger, lighter and recharged. 

More standing, balancing movements are involved, with more repeat postures.


- Similar to Gentle, but faster.

- Less pose holds.

- Lots of breath work.

- Flowing, smooth movements.

- Great for most, but prepare to break a sweat! Some jumping involved.

FITFLOW YOGA 

Like moving? Want a bit of a workout? This POWERFUL practice will increase strength, stamina, and flexibility both physically and mentally. Focus will be on fluid movement, proper alignment, strength and cardio. Great for all levels of experience, though it will be challenging no matter where you're at!  You will be encouraged to honor exactly where you are, while curious about your edge between enough and too much.


-More intense, faster movements.

- Lots of strength holding postures.

- Minimal breath work.

- Some repeated movements.

- Gym goer? Looking to break a sweat? This is for you!

- Great for most, but challenging.

WORKWELL YOGA

Work can be stressful: Why not involve a class at your workplace and unwind, de-stress, and gain some energy?

We come to you in this session! Enjoy a 45min-60min custom yoga class (Ask about our special Chair Yoga, perfect for those desk days!) for you, your employees or fellow co-workers! Make lunch great again with a class, or unwind at the end after hours; the choice is yours!

We come to you in this session! Enjoy a 1hr+ custom yoga class. We also offer chair yoga, prenatal/mom and baby yoga, as well as our 'Simply Body' flow where we mainly focus on the physical benefit of yoga, and less about meditation (Popular with sporting teams!)

Prenatal MOGA Yoga 

Ease the mind and body for you and baby in this easy-flow, prenatal class. Perfect for any level of yogi, or for the mom who just wants to take in all the benefits of yoga during pregnancy!

Practice safe, soothing postures as we work specifically with various forms of breathwork, all the while going through several beneficial postures to help ease away body pains, open up our hips, and encourage your baby's positioning for optimal delivery.

Mom & Baby MOGA Yoga

Designed for mom's and their newest addition (Up to 8 months) this class is designed to build up strengh, mobility and connection for you and your baby.

These classes are a no-stress, fun and flowy class. Interact and involve your child with safe and effective posses; giving you all the yoga benefits, and giving them the attention and love they need!
